At GoBox Containers, we ensure your storage or living units reach you safely across South Africa with clear and reliable logistics.

Processing Times

Standard units are prepared within 2-5 business days. Custom orders require 7-14 business days for modifications and safety inspections. Ready-made stock ships within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Our team works Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Methods & Area

We deliver to all nine South African provinces using specialized crane and flatbed trucks. You may also collect your order from our depot at 9 Watson Ave Mossel Bay, Western Cape. Please note that we exclusively ship within South Africa and do not offer international delivery.

Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our nearest GoBox location. All quotes include heavy load permits and escort vehicle fees where required. You will see final shipping costs at checkout. Contact goboxcontainer@gmail.com for quotes.

Address Changes & Cancels

To change your delivery address, notify us 72 hours before dispatch. If you cancel an order after it has left the depot, you are responsible for shipping and restocking fees. Custom builds cannot be changed or canceled once the production phase has commenced.

Delivery Status

We track every shipment to ensure your container arrives on schedule. If you experience any delays or have questions regarding your delivery, our support team at goboxcontainer@gmail.com is ready to assist you throughout the entire transit process.

Delays: We will notify you of any unexpected transit delays via email. Damage: Inspect your container upon arrival. If damage is found, document it with photos and email goboxcontainer@gmail.com within 24 hours. Lost Shipments: We will launch a full investigation for any units not found.
